We Talk
A quick 15-20 minute call to understand your business and see if there's a fit. No pitch deck, no hard sell. I just want to hear about what's frustrating you and see if I can help.
Free, alwaysDiscovery Session
I come to your business (or we do it virtually) and spend 2-3 hours walking your operations. I watch how your team actually works, ask questions, and identify the manual processes that are costing you the most time and money. You'll see me taking notes on everything from how long tasks take to who's involved in each step.
$500 — fully refundable if I can't find anything worth fixingOpportunity Report
Within 2-3 days, you get a short, clear document showing the 3-5 biggest opportunities I found. For each one: what it's currently costing you (in hours and dollars), what I'd build to fix it, and a flat-fee quote for the build. No obligation to move forward with any of them.
Included with discoveryThe Build
You pick which opportunity matters most. I quote a flat fee (no hourly billing, no scope creep), and build it. You'll get updates along the way — usually a working prototype within the first week that we refine together. Most projects take 1-4 weeks depending on complexity.
$1,500 - $10,000 depending on scopeDelivery & Training
I walk your team through the tool, train them on using it, and hand over complete documentation. You own everything — the code, the documentation, all of it. No licensing fees to me, no ongoing dependency. It's yours.
Included with build30-Day Check-In
A month later, I circle back to make sure everything's running smoothly. Any bugs discovered in the first 30 days are fixed free. After that, you're on your own — but the tool is built to run without me.
FreeFrequently Asked Questions
Do I need to understand AI or coding to work with you?
Not at all. You need to understand your business and be able to explain your problems. I handle all the technical stuff. If you can describe what frustrates you, I can build the solution.
What does this cost?
Discovery session is $500 (refundable if I can't find anything actionable). Projects typically range from $1,500 to $10,000 depending on complexity. I always quote a flat fee before starting — no hourly billing, no surprises. Most businesses save the project cost in reduced labor within 2-3 months.
How long does a typical project take?
Most builds take 1-4 weeks from approval to delivery. Simple tools (like an estimating calculator) might be done in a week. Complex integrations connecting multiple systems might take a month. You'll see progress throughout — I don't disappear into a cave.
Will I be stuck needing you forever?
No. That's the whole point. I build it, train your team, document everything, and hand it off. You own it completely. I include a 30-day warranty for bugs, but the tool is designed to run without me. No monthly fees, no annual licenses, no dependency.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Chicagoland businesses with roughly 10-50 employees. Service businesses, healthcare companies, professional services, agencies, light manufacturing — really anyone who has people doing repetitive manual work that a smarter system could handle. Size doesn't matter so much, but need. I've worked with a billion dollar company and a startup "1 truck Chuck." What matters is working smarter and I can help with that!
What if I'm not sure I have a problem worth solving?
That's exactly what the discovery session is for. I'll find the opportunities and show you what each one is costing. If I genuinely can't find anything meaningful to improve, you get your $500 back. There's no risk in finding out.
What if the tool breaks after the 30 days?
The tools I build are simple and robust — they're designed to run without issues, in some cases it can go for years without disturbance. In other cases, an api has changed it's endpoints and we need to make a small tweak to the code. If something does break down the road and you need help, I'm available for troubleshooting.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Usually, yes. I've connected 50+ different platforms in production. If your systems have APIs (most modern software does), I can probably connect them. During discovery, I'll verify what's possible with your specific setup.
